The Fulham-biased co-commentator on that stream was just explaining how Farke should take the point and shut up shop when he brought on Nmecha and Tanaka. :)
That co-commentator was a complete arse.

Great team performance.

Only a dickhead would find fault with any of our players today.
Great performance.....

Missing so many chances...... Not so great....

Clearing balls into dangerous areas when not under pressure that almost cost us not so great.

Good win and much needed but you can't seriously think we were perfect today? 😂

Just because we won doesn't mean that all the team played well.
Do we have odd persons on here.......

I'd play Gnonto too, but today I wasn't spitting feathers at his laziness. Wish he wouldn't laugh about wasting good chances though.

Brilliant result but not the best game I've seen.

There's a strong smell emanating from the direction of Nottingham at the minute.

Sometimes when you mess things up you just have to laugh. Getting yourself all wound up about it doesnt help matters and can play on your mind.

YorkshireSquare wrote: Sat Jan 17, 2026 5:05 pm In games at home against a team )who are admitedly 9th) but we should aim for points against, I'm not sure Gruev and Ampadu is the answer. Much rather see Tanaka in there.
I think it is all about the balance so we could have Justin, Bogle and GG all attacking options. Plus allows Aaronsen more freedom too.

Would have to also say that we were fairly much untroubled at the back so plenty of credit to Gruev and Ampadu for the part they played in that.

It depends on what your expectations are I suppose.

But only one team deserved those points and we fought for them. As a team.

Perfect? No but it never will be.

And for those interested,we were awful down he left again. Struijk should be dropped.

I know - the person who made the comment I have filtered. Unfortunately I still see some of his posts when people quote him. It was him I was refering to.

weasel wrote: Sat Jan 17, 2026 5:05 pm Are Spurs in danger of being drawn into the relegation battle? They are 2 points above us but seem to be a really poor side and last season they finished on 38 points.
Nah.

Doubt Spurs go down.

Proper manager killer club though.

Conte a winner all his career, done nothing at Spurs.

Jose the same

Nuno highly rated after overachieving at Wolves, struggled.

Now Frank.

Clubs a curse.

If you got your wish maybe we would have lost. Bad decisions can be made without the risk of consequence when they aren't played out in the real world.

Not saying Tanaka playing would have been a bad decision but equally no guarantee it would have brought us a better result than a win.

I think Gudmundsson beating the ground in frustration is a better look myself.

Didn't prey on his mind either.
