Agree, it was a very good result and i dont think im being harsh here, but unexpected for a lot of fans if we are being honest. That result will/should do our confidence a lot of good going into the remaining games of the season, but i dont think it was bad to begin with anyway.
Just a word of caution though, we are Leeds and we dont do things easily im not counting my chickens just yet

Surprised me a bit too. If it had been a close game, as the scoreline suggested, then you could understand it more. We were desevred winners and it should have been by more. The 2 incidents had a bearing on the game definitely but without them we were still comfortably the better team.

The trouble is that if you make the offence different - how violent the pull was - then it becomes open to interpretation so you would have the inconsistency of a booking one week, a sending off the next. There is no need to pull the hair so a straight red and keep it consistent - punish the stupid (if only we could do that on here - although Chapel will tell you he has already started doing this).

Didn't know it was a rule tbh.... but as it's a rule then it's a sending off. But maybe it shouldn't be a rule. That said

Horse collar is a penalty offence in American Football and rightly so, so maybe hair pulling copuld be seen as dangerous play (not so much last nights tbf) as dragging someone back by their hair could end up with a neck injury so maybe that's why it's considered dangerous play..

What's with all this blocking people bollocks? Jeez, we should all be celebrating a massive win and there's people having snide digs and others blocking people.
Really quite sad actually.

Maybe ask why during the match, instead of enjoying what was happening, you had one or two on here making snide, mocking remarks directed at other supposed fellow fans.

For example someone who wasn't keen on Okafor being in the starting line-up ( an opinion which any fan is entitled to have ) then being mocked and taunted when Okafor got his goals, rather than those people simply enjoying the fact that Leeds United were two goals up at OT. In other words the main thing about Okafor's goals to them was an opportunity for some one-upmanship directed at fellow fans, rather than being pleased for the team and the club.

So the perpetrators are ignored, and the targets of their mocking/sarcasm cast as villains by the unthinking. Strange world we live in...

I just filter anyone now who can't communicate except through posts laden with mocking emojis.

You only have to listen to Noah & Dominic on camera, Farke's influence rubs off on his players.

I rate Carrick as a manager, he's turned Manure around this season which is a really tough job. Doesn't mean I like him, as I posted elsewhere it was a strange interview and completely unexpected for me.

I've posted numerous times that I love Farke the man, it's his tactics I have issue with. I used to work with someone who was one of the best people I've met, generous, incredibly friendly, would drop everything to help a friend, would always stop to help a stranger needing help.. But really bad decorator, the amount of times I had to go back over and redo his work.

I can seperate the man from his job..

Would the person who wasn't keen on Okafor be comparing him to broken biscuits... not very supportive of a Leeds player.

I understand what you're saying Chapelallman but why not just ignore the comments? Believe me, the people making the snide digs are just as guilty of making things toxic on here.

I've had them blocked for well over a year, they only turn up and post in hindsight anyway and to wind up fellow fans, so their opinions are not missed.

We do get advised to block posters for the sake of the forum... I see nothing wrong in blocking tbh. none of it has anything to do with the win v Manure
