This game is just how I imagined it would be, Brighton comfortable in possession and because of our injuries we are looking slightly disjointed.

Yeah thats a good point, would say though that as a box to box midfielder his defensive game is weak, be interesting that comparison, will have a look after the match. Tanakas key passes are in the 89th percentile per 90 for prem which is outstanding as are his crossing stats so guess its about balance for farke. If he was great at everything wouldn't be at Leeds right now (hopefully would be in futureCjay wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2026 3:02 pm He's not a defensive midfielder though.
He's a box to box midfielder
I expect if you compared his passing creative stats to someone like Aaronson Ao comes out on top.
I wouldn't be shocked if his chance creation isn't far off Stach and he takes corners and set pieces.
Ao is probably our most progressive player imo
).
