Re: Warnock gone?
I'm stunned that the board didn't sack him well before.
The fucker is off home to cornwall now with all his cash, and is going to enjoy his spring and summer eating clotted cream and having lovely evenings in the sun. Cu-nt.

WE''RE LEEDS UNITED, WE''LL NEVER BE DEFEATED!
Paul Green was warnobs best signing.
If you disagree please send me a PM so we can get in to a fight.

I'm sure that in keeping with recent events, we'll see the club act quickly and decisively to stabilise the club and prevent the kind of leadership gap and subsequent rumour mill that might put the club in danger of a relegation battle.

Re: Warnock gone?
Don't you worry about Warnock walking away not having suffered at all. He'll walk away as a miserable failure, and to a man with an ego the size of his, that's the worst punishment.
Besides, the team are evidently playing worse on account of his "I don't want to be here any more" attitude, their body language suggests they can't be bothered, and that they aren't playing for him. We'll be a better team without him.

His statement - in keeping with everything else about the man - was weasley. I just hope the club provide big enough transport for colin to take his dud signings with him.

Re: Warnock gone?
Agree totally Twiggs... I despair at LUFC, from top to bottom there seems to be an endemic problem. The new owners seem standoffish, im not sure whether it is inexperience, or whether they are just incompetent and cant make a decision on their managers future for the good of the club.Twiggster wrote:

It would just be nice to see 11 players pull on the shirt and give 100% and show passion. I could accept losing to shite teams if I knew the players had actually given their all and we were simply beaten by a much better team. Unfortunately, some of the shite we've played lately and the quality of oppo lends to incompetent management, tactics, formations, subs etc.
Pearce for their Penalty today was a joke. Whether he was fouled in the build up is irrelevant, his reaction and you can see it from miles away, when he turned you knew exactly what was coming. The lads touch took him away from goal so he was only ever going to square the ball as opposed to smash it into the goal, so standing up was always the only option, instead he is so Naive you wouldnt even see that on a Sunday morning down the park...
Not happy we are being brought in the relegation mix im afraid...
