regardless of popular opinion it is a distinct possibility, I am genuinely worried anyone else

its a possibilty and nothing new at leeds....at best we are 50/50 that we avoid it.
question is who if hes been born yet can turn this around?the board at elland road need to save this off the field and soon cause we cant realy on this team.

Only 5 points ahead of 22nd place and they have a game in hand. Not sure if we will go down, but it's certainly a possibility if the players don't react to Redders.

It IS a possibility and that pile of (mostly) crap that takes the field for the remaining games need to give it 100% to make sure it remains only ever a possibility.

Absolutely.

When CSA asked in his last moaning thread whether I would bet against relegation I said yes - but he hasn't put any money on the table yet.

There seems to be a lemming like rush to be the new forum pessimist after Jo left.

We can NOT get relegated. Simple as that. We will not lose the rest of our games and the TEN teams below us will not win all of theirs. And a few have to play each other.

The teams below us don't need to win all their games. There are 10 teams seperating us from a relegation place - 5 of those teams would go above us with a single win, the other 5 would all go above us with just 2 wins. 5 of the teams below us have agme in hand, 1 has 2 games in hand. Given that all the teams below us average over 1 point per games all would go above us simply gaining an average of 1 point per game if we only managed 2 points from our remaining games.

Like you said too Twiggs a lot of these teams have to play each other so that guarantees that some of the teams below us will get points.

No guarantee we will get points. My 'doomsday' scenario had us securing 2 points from the remaining 6 games. We have taken 3 points from the last 6 games.

We shouldn't go down but lose the next 2 matches and the picture will look a lot scarier.
