The comments relating to Tyler Roberts were from on here, I can't remember who called him the Biscuitman but quite a few were suggesting that if we go up he and Forshaw would be players to get rid of due to their injury problems rather than ability.

For me the single biggest factor with Bamford at the moment is the lack of confidence which comes about from not scoring goals. It is a vicious circle because the lack of confidence leads to players thinking too much rather than playing by instinct and then that lessens the chance of them scoring. If a player is in good form then so much seems to fall into place automatically. If Bamford was on a scoring run then last week against Boro the defender either doesn't get the touch or he kicks it onto Bamford and it goes into the net. You can see it with all our players when they overpass on the edge of the area that they are all low on confidence and don't want to shoot, don't want to be the player that misses. It looked like a lot of confidence was returning yesterday, Costa and Harrison having shots, Tyler wanting to take responsibility for having a shot rather than leaving it for Dallas, Pablo's shot that hit the post/bar. The players have got their confidence back and suddenly Leeds are a very dangerous team because the only thing that has stopped us this season has been the lack of goals as a team, not just Bamford. The icing on the cake yesterday would have been Bamford scoring and getting his confidence back up because his goalscoring record shows he is a decent goalscorer. If you watched a clip of his best goals then he scores all types of goals and is a far better finisher than he is showing now. But, and I have made the point several times, his record has always shown him to be a streaky player in that he will bang a few goals in in quick succession then got a few games without scoring. The main difference though now is that he is playing for a club who are constantly under the media spotlight and he is the 'main man' in terms of who should be scoring. He doesn't have a strike partner so the spotlight falls on him. Bamford is certainly capable of ending the season with a flurry of goals but he just needs to get that first one again.

I know these players are rewarded handsomely but they are human and mostly young lads.
I wonder when the next Gary Speed takes his own life and the haters state, we never knew he had problems with depression, if only we knew, we wouldn't have been such tw@ts toward him.

Not sure whether to look up or down atm. I thought Wba were going to run away with it but after yesterday I'm not so sure. They still have to play Fulham at home . I said a while back that if we were still top 2 after February we would go up so now I can confirm WE ARE GOING UP WE ARE GOING UP !!

Personally we all say things and dont particularly rate certain players. Its not personal and have no ill will towards them as people just for whatever reasons we dont rate them as players.

Ive referred to Tyler as biscuit legs before, its just banter dont mean any offense to him but he does get injured a lot thats all.

And to answer Weasel i have said i would sell Forshaw and Roberts if promoted because of the fitness issues, i dont see anything offensively in that view?

That being said i would never tweet a player directly like some do and sometimes i shake my head at some things our fans (and others) say on social media directly to players or to the club.

Some of it goes far beyond just not particularly rating a player, its downright nasty.

Depends who says what, I've always advocated Roberts is a very good footballer and I would have him in fit as our number 1 striker (or Augustin, or I think I've even said Costa,) there's no fickleness there at all. We have opinions, it's a forum, 2+2 = 4. The Math here adds up

No I just like to view other teams’ forums a bit like Cjay does from time to time. Can’t be bothered to waste my time on idiots like those on 606, but sometimes you do find reasonable people on other sites and I enjoy seeing what they’ve got to say. That 2nd half was a beautiful watch although we have to remember Hull are in a very bad state, we've just rubbed salt into their wounds as I expected us to do!

Ya that second goal killed them off and we can’t get ahead of ourselves as there will be tougher tasks ahead but great to give everyone a lift, especially the players
