Make him a fullback. I'd rather have Ailing in the midfield. He doesn't ruin everything constantly.

He is on the pitch because late in the season Leeds tend to give up goals. He knows he needed a stout defensive midfielder to free up Philips passing and responsibility. So I get why he is in there, but he ruins the attack every time he is involved other than run fast and cross. With 30min left against Liverpool down a goal, there is no reason he should be on the pitch. If it were Fulham or West Brom where his football level is rewarded, then fine.
