Is it just purely coincidence that our current frustrating spell has coincided with Rodon being out of the team? No idea as to why it should but I'm clutching at straws at the moment!

Tanaka, Stach & Okafor skied three shots into the kop vs Manure. I nearly caught the balls & I'm in Row Q.

Again today, Stach & Bahoya produce two horrendous attempts on goal.

I suspect their shooting at Thorp Arch is not as appalling as those five stinkers.

You can't legislate for such inept errors,

That's certainly not Farke's fault, his players have to take the brunt of the blame!
The free kicks from Stach and Wilson were abysmal. Some of our crossing was poor. When a team is struggling to score those things happen. Another game we could have the same opportunites and end up with 4 goals but not have played any better.

It is fine margins at times.

No doubt many will be blaming Trafford for the opening goal but the stream I was watching showed a replay, just before half time, which showed Tanaka running into a position to take the ball and then he just stopped - he really is a brain dead numpty at times. So much talent but seems to have a brain fart or two every match.

None of those shots you highlighted were good chances though.

They were long range pot shots, had they gone in we'd be hailing the great strikes.

So effectively we are relying on the players scoring wonder goals? Because we don't create sitters.

Farke isn't to blame for Trafford making the error he did today directly.

He is however the one who encourages playing out from the back and has got critical in press conferences when players don't do it.

If Trafford goes long, we lose the header and Bournemouth break and score Farke hammers him in his press conference.

But at a deeper level we just seem to have abandoned the system that brought us success. Which was the move to a 3-5-2 at half time of the Man City game. That system solidified us. Once were got solidified, Farke started tweaking the system into more of a 3-4-2-1 with Okafor and Aaronson getting most of the starts. This season we have been all over the place. And the tinkering with Stach's role has caused major problems. To be fair, we've also had injuries that we didn't have last season. So maybe that's caused some of the problems we are having. But when we get healthy, we need to get back to what was working.

This is what I would like to see:

-------------------------------Trafford-----------------------------------------

--------Rodon----------------Bijol--------------------Muharemovic-----

Bogle------Ampadu------Aaronson-----Stach------Gudmundsson

-------------------------DCL-------------------Okafor-------------------------
I might sub Wilson for Aaronson based on today’s performances, but otherwise agree.

Had Stach & Bahoya score two crackers with those shots, & Trafford doesn't gift a goal, no one on here would be ranting on about Farke.
