As Jay says, Rutter has better players around him now.
I believe Georginio himself would credit Farke for resurrecting his career, instilling confidence & giving him the opportunity to improve his skills, after his uneasy start at Leeds.
Farke does (don't think even his biggest fans would disagree Farke is a very safety first manager).
Georgie doesn't or didn't.
Farke even mentioned it a few times I'd imagine it drove him mad (remember when he told Georgie to do less tricks).
Confidence, helping him get his career on track, showing faith, absolutely.
But I doubt we will ever hear Georgie say Farke made him a better player is my point.

All the authorities are interested in is the money received from SKY, and all SKY are interested in is higher viewing figures meaning more advertising revenue.
As with most things, the match going fan has to just put up with it, as collective and mass protest simply won’t happen.
Whilst I'm enjoying this season if we fail to go up it will be really difficult to retain the same enthusiasm for yet another Championship campaign.
That would probably mean going less and investing in a new armchair instead

Is it possible that Rutter is surrounded (in theory) by better quality players and therefore looks better. Of course he is up against better quality but some players usually those with touch of class improve when they do. Rutter was likely to be that type.
Are you suggesting that Geo - playing in a team with better quality players improves his all round game, because he does not have to take the same amount of risks and there are more players making intelligent runs etc etc.
