How do we get our mojo back Leon?
With great difficulty, Swannie.
It's a bit like a racehorse, once they lose their momentum, they struggle to regain their good form.
Can't believe Farke's post match comments as we had no control of today's game whatsoever, which is part of DF's approach & mentality to how we play the game.

It wasn’t the right type of game for Gnonto to shine. Big physical team - pressing and using their physicality to good effect, hard pitch, the ball in the air more often than on the ground. Baptism of fire in that role.
Then add to that that we were outmuscled all over the pitch except in defence. Where again the outball was more often a hoof.
Horrible game.
I can't recall watching football in recent times when the ball has spent more time in the air than on the ground.
Luton deserve League One football, or shall I say headball.

Has Piroe ever won an ariel challenge ?.Bamford looked far better than Piroe when he came on, time Piroe was back on the bench .
Very rarely.
Not an all-round striker in my opinion, as parts of his game are questionable.

Thats a manager not used to pressure and saying things a club happy with top 6 would lap up.
Stupid comment like his win all our home games one.
I like Farke as an individual and have supported him for the most part, but the last few press conferences have been embarrassing to be quite honest. As much as some of his recent calls have been the correct ones (IMO) like dropping Mes, I can't help feeling he's lost the plot and is now just making the calls the fans and press want.
I think we are in trouble, looking like another trip to Wembley at best

Anyone still think we'll get promotion ?
I don't. I'm struggling to think where the next win is coming from. Farke is a flat track bully. I reckon five or six managers in the Championship would have had us promoted by now!

Meslier's errors & the supposed wonder kid, Joseph has cost us this season.
Silly goals conceded & not enough from our strikers, even Piroe has had large chunks of games without scoring.

Only if we win our next two games at Boro' & the Preston home game, squander points in those game & yes it could mean the play-offs,
If we go into the Stoke game in the position we stand now in the table, with Burnley to play the Blunts, we would still have a chance. All ifs & buts though, Tyzy.
My concern is we are not playing well enough to win games.
Some posters on here are of the opinion that Bamford had a reasonable game when he came on, I don't agree, his chance with only the keeper to beat he scuffed his shot.
but that aside whether Farke will play him against Middlesborough midweek it is a coincidence that the last time he played a 90 min. game was against the Boro

Is Anthony better than James & Soloman?
Or Roberts vs Bogle?
Roberts is classier than Bogle, better defender. Bogle can be overly selfish and frantic a lot of the time. Solomon has done ok but not the game changer most said he would be (" a class above in the division") Summerville was much, muich better last season. If we go up I'm not sure I'd buy Solomon as starter

They were better than they were given the chance of showing.
That's what matters imo.
They clearly deserved far more minutes than DF allowed.
Was so disappointed today, thought the team looked good on paper but should have known better. Gnonto deserved his chance but left me wishing we’d played Aaronson and we were slow & lethargic all over the pitch. The players either looked terrified or as if they couldn’t give a stih which at this stage of the season is embarrassing.
The one positive was Darlow who looked steady and will have done his confidence no harm. Oxford showed there’ll be shock results before it’s over but we shouldn’t be relying on other teams to do our dirty work and badly need 2 wins this week.
My signature at the bottom of the page was very close to getting changed earlier.

They looked like they weren't sure what they were doing, hat the game plan was. Piroe and Tanaka had a stinkers all round, no help for a Gnonto lacking match sharpness to have 2 out of form players around him.

Agree completely SH, with Farke playing the same players and tactics every week when we change a couple of players or go to plan B we haven’t a clue. I’ve been one of the happy clappers on here but Lord they’re making it hard to stay positive.
